The hotel was a comfortable place for enjoying a great area, next to Québec as well as stores and restaurants. The jewel in the crown was amicable staff. The location was marvellous and comfortable, around 10-15 minutes walk from Place de Ville Mall.

The check-in process was a disaster. The attendant couldn't find my reservation, left me waiting multiple times, and even tried to charge me again.

The check-in process was very poor, with the attendant struggling to find my reservation and even charging me twice for the room. The lack of proper curtains allowed excessive light into the room at night, making it difficult to sleep.

I recently stayed at Hotel Mingan for a few nights and had a great experience. The location was excellent, and my room was spacious, quiet, and well-decorated. I loved the walk-out balcony and the big TV. The WiFi speed was good, allowing me to stay connected easily. The in-house restaurant had delicious food, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I had a wonderful stay at a great price.
